Sounds like it's reaching a bit to me. That being said, ask your UIL Executive Secretary about it. Some regions seem to be a bit more permissible on this than others too. This is something I would never trust an answer from anyone other than UIL, and I would make sure I had a paper trail via email too just to be safe.
