I am open and willing to share how we get there. There are examples of programs all over Texas with inadequate funding who are working to bring the very best to their bands. And doing it. The models are out there. We are not the wealthiest campus or community - we work to fundraise, find grants, and bring the best we can for our students. It isn’t easy but it is worth it.
