Lone Star P.O. Help

My district will not reverse our Purchase Order that I have with Lone Star from almost 2 months ago without a cancellation confirmation. Does anyone know of someone I can contact to receive this information? I have called, emailed, left voicemails, etc. I am at my wits end on this because I would like to use this money to purchase from somewhere else, but it is frozen. Any help at all would be most welcome.
