A range of days of the month plus a year is not a valid representation for “When”.

Two years ago I sent out several emails to active directors at the 6A ISD in which I reside asking for the time of the concert(s).

Result: No replies at all

Last year I got a couple of region officers on the phone and this is what they said: No idea, but you can ask a kid. The kids know the time.

I am retired and don't have a dog or a kid in the hunt. I am, unfortunately, dependent on the adults and therefore won't be attending my region concert.

I checked around. Here is Region 16's information:

6:00 PM Concert Band Warm-up
6:30 PM Concert Band Performance / Symphonic Band Warm-up
7:15 PM Symphonic Band Performance / Honor Band Warm-up
8:00 PM Honor Band Performance


I can't say I understand. 26, you are nestled literally between two of Texas' best universities and next door to the heart of state government and this is the best you can do?

I suppose I could have made this a completely different kind of post such as: Hey, anyone know what time the concerts are?

But I already did that. For two years.
