Hello band director friends,

Many of you know already, but many do not as I’m starting to get FB messages and emails looking for Scott Dodson with Live It Again Productions, requesting video for SMC Contest this year. I’m his wife of 30 years. I’m also a former band director and currently an Ed Rep with Tarpley Music in Burleson.

I’m heartbroken to say that Scott took his life and passed away in May. He did have others film for him last year but he was the only one who did 100% of the editing. If y’all only heard and saw the raw footage and audio to the finished product… He was so talented!! You will never get video and audio like that ever again!

I did not post this as a memorial…just to let directors that aren’t Facebook friends with me or Scott or a close acquaintance know that was gone.

I do not know anyone else who is providing video services this year. I assume Box 5 is but I have looked into it.
