The reason you received no answers the last time is because the naysayers and defenders have no answers when you present facts. If you get an answer it will be someone who will respond with opinions with no data to back it up, and they will also launch a personal attack against you and say, "just teach" or "teach better" or "don't choose a Title 1 school" (implying that those kids don't deserve the same staffing or resources).
