I don't have a dog in the hunt, I'm sitting at home scrolling social media.

I see a few schools who went to BOA Waco today (and congrats on making finals!) who could have gone to Area. Some who have been UIL State contenders in the past It's a State year for everyone, right? I'm curious why a director would choose BOA over the UIL route.

If I knew those directors, I would ask them personally, but I don't. Just curious.
