How many office hours per day are required to keep up with all of your administrative/paperwork/budget duties for your program? Use total man hours, so if you have 1 hour and an assistant has an hour, call that 2 hours.
Yes, I'm asking because I am in a place where I want to call BS on the amount of office time some staff has.
At what point does it become an ethics issue? If a full-time classroom teacher is compensated as such but only spends 3 hours a day or less in the classroom, how would one deal with this?
