Nah...there's a limit to how much one person can fight. Sometimes a letter of resignation can be the best punch you have.

I fought a horrible admin team for 3 years...I had been in the district a total of 12. I was well invested in fighting. But it was horrible for my mental and emotional health. Once I realized they weren't going to change, I bailed. My blood pressure has been much better since then.
