If they cancel their policy before a year, you will owe. I’ve seen the Texas market last year, and it was NOT hot at all. Be careful, most recruiters are extremely scammy and just want to add people under their name to grow their pyramid scheme. Not all are like this, but a lot are. Research A LOT before you commit.
