Sam Houston High School in the Arlington ISD (DFW Area) has an opening for Assistant Band Director.

Duties: Direct a concert band and team teach in all aspects of the band program under the leadership of the director of bands. Assist with feeder pattern curriculum alignment, junior high schools in feeder pattern, and actively support the school and community. Build effective relationships with students, parents, athletics, administration, and community leaders.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in music education from an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a valid Texas teaching certificate with EC-12 Music Certification.
