It has progressively gotten worse at school, we have to take days off from teaching band to babysit other classes, have to give up off periods and we are expected to cover classes any time core teachers are out. Every year they throw more and more on the electives and they’ve become dumping ground classes and it’s not fair to any one involved in the programs that want to do better.
