Demanding that we live in a "post-racial" world when in fact the world is still set up to deny people opportunities based upon their race (yes, for just one example, redlining was a thing, and it STILL affects people) is in fact racist, and is part of the problem.

You want so badly for there to not be a problem that you're ignoring the thousands if not millions of people crying out to address and FIX the problem.
