I have, and in the interest of disclosure, I am an AFM member. If the musicians were willing to take that severe a cut in salary, then they set themselves up for this, the union handled it very poorly, and did them a disservice. If the board was this off the wall, the union would have put them on the International Unfair List a LONG time ago...which was not done. To date, there are only two organizations that are on the unfair list in Texas, and they are both in DFW.
