I know some districts have stipend agreements that spell out expectations of extra duties and sometimes extra contract day agreements that spell-out start dates, end dates, possibly other specific dates, as well as other job-specific duties during those dates.
This may be a matter of semantics, but once the school year has started, do you (or your district) consider working on a Saturday covered by your extra days on your contract (if you have them) or covered by your stipend?
