All I know is when I searched for single family and capped the max value at 175, minimum bedrooms at 2 and bathrooms at 1 I could find many many houses as I moved the map around. Spring, 59 including Kingwood and Porter, over to Tomball, Klein and a LOT of options inside beltway 8 all the way around. Fewer West of 45 but that isn't surprising at all. Head East and South between 610 and 8 and the map gets littered with options. Hundreds of homes listed. Basically, 45 is the line and moderate options West but a TON East From Cleveland down.
