Student performs very well, works super hard on the solo (daily since region), gets approximately halfway through the solo and the judge stops the performance. The judge comments on how beautiful the solo was, touched on a couple of technique improvement areas and said thank you. Student was more bothered by the fact that they were not allowed to complete the performance! 28 years of teaching and attending TSSEC, not ever has this happened. BTW the student was awarded a Division 2. I wish the judge had been a little more explanatory as to why the student was stopped.
