You’re not wrong, but you’re missing the point.

I do not want to be doing all of these things! I am trying to hire someone to take over the JH program while assisting at the high school and having me and the other director help with JH. Does that make sense? This place is growing like crazy and 10k houses are being built currently, we move from 2 to 3 directors just before Covid happened.


Of course, I could just be a control freak and an asshole, my team gets on really well in spite of me I guess.
