Yes, the other two directors are my assistants. I am the FAD and hold 3 degrees. They are capable and we are team, but the are still my assistants.

We do not have a JH director, the HS assistants are also the JH assistants.

Facilities are great, only a few years old with a PAC on the way (bond has passed)

The last four years, I have conducted every band at UIL (other than the HS NV) and have run the entirety of the program. I have been clear in interviews that I want to hand the JH program off to assistant directors while maintaining that I help during the rehearsals and that I want someone else to be the lead director for these ensembles.

NO CDL, my directors will never be asked to drive a bus.
