Say You are the long time, successful head and retiring and the remaining staff constantly makes rude- put down remarks- in front of students, how every thing you did is wrong (several state championships but wrong), after all you are old, out dated.... I 100% agree There is always a better way to do things, I'm all for change but---just wait a few weeks. I'm Trying to just walk away but it's hard to just watch mistake after mistake. So maybe I'm not doing much these last few days, but I don't need to since the new younger staff already know everything.
