Unless they are putting the kids in harm's way, or doing something against policy....keep your head down, mouth shut, and do your gig. Just remember there is 1 1/2 weeks left in the year, hang in there. If your colleague is being a PITA...let them unless the above conditions are in play. Trust me, Karma will come back to bite them in the butt.
