Do your job.

Not a lot you can do about someone else choosing to be unprofessional. Just remember it if someone ever calls you to ask about their work ethic.

If they've already resigned, there's literally nothing your current employer or you can do to hold anything over their head, unless they've become a danger to students. In that case, get admin involved ASAP.
