I'm about to finish my third year as a middle school director. I don't sense the kind of improvement in my teaching as I think I should. I didn't have the greatest band background in high school and at the university level and I'm considering hiring someone to come in once or twice each month to help me improve my skills as a teacher.

I know a few names in the DFW area but does anyone have any suggestions for a good middle school clinician? Any advice would be really appreciated.
