And...this is why I'm glad I'm in a private school. We are able to accept or reject kids. Kids with this history of behavior issues are not accepted, period. Also, you must pass an entrance exam and be able to pay the tuition. I did public school for decades and saw a lot of the same discipline and behavior issues and nothing really done about it. At best, kid was expelled for awhile but, wound up right back on campus. It's amazing the amount of money and resources that are devoted to kids like this in the public schools. And, the parents are usually clueless and part of the problem. Nope, I won't go back into a public school.
