If you are on the larger side of the small school category, where you have a team that works across multiple campuses, how do you split your staff up?
Do you have one or 2 directors primarily focus on one campus while others float?
Do you have everyone go everywhere each day, plan certain days for one director to be absent from a campus here and there?
