Hey everyone,

I'm currently finishing year 3 and job hunting trying to make the jump from ES to MS due to poor admin on my campus, and I noticed that there is an MS in a different district that is changing BOTH head and assistant directors... this looks like a HUGE red flag for me. I really want to leave ES; however, I am afraid of having a poor admin staff again especially for my first MS gig. Should I still apply, or look somewhere else? Thanks in advance!
