Block 5 - 6th Band while 7th in PE (halfway) 7th Band while 6th PE
Block 6 - 7th PE while 6th Band (halfway switch) 6th PE while 7th Band
Essentially run a regular 45 minute daily period for your middle school/beginner kids and split with PE. The issue I see is the size of the class and PE not happy with how many kids they are working with. Usually 6th/7th/8th is put together in a 1A for JH athletics.
The benefit is you and the coaches, get to see their kids every day.
