To be honest I really think it would hurt your program to have bands that big, I recommend it be about a 50-60-60 split.

The 3rd band can play easy easy easy music.

The 1st band will get to be more advanced and will have a better environment for growth.

Split your percussion into those band classes, assign a section leader, or have an assistant director facilitate their learning of music.

I promise you having a band of 90+ will only cause issues down the line.
