Oatmeal is very filling. It doesnt have to be plain. Put it in the fridge overnight and add some berries and a little maple syrup. I do smoothies a lot. There are so many options for smoothies to fit anyones tastes. Sometimes I make protein pancakes or waffles on the weekend and then freeze them. I can just pop them in the toaster in the morning and slab some almond butter on it.
