I consume all of this between 6:30am and 11:21am. This tides me over to my HEB prepared meal for lunch.
There are people here who are great at breakfast planning. I am not, but I have made huge steps to improvement! I also used to be a daily McD/Whata/Jacque/$tarbuck$ visitor. Don't let the super health nuts scare you from making small improvements. The process can be gradual and it can work for you too.
Also, think of the money you save! I started the whole process by putting cash in a jar equal to what I would spend per breakfast. At the end of the week, I used that money towards an excellent dinner for two. Honestly, the savings alone was my strongest motivator, but I did not realize how much I would save until I tried this.
