Drink coffee at home too. Set it up the night before with a timer or with only the need to press the brew button. I've reduced the need for sugar in coffee gradually. I really love the NutPods product that is an unsweetened, flavored creamer in several varieties.
If you don't already have them, get a small non-stick pan, a set of silicone utensils for scrambling/serving the eggs. A basic toaster and basic coffee maker will work. Spend your money on a high-quality brand of coffee, Peet's or Starbucks, because it really tastes better and keeps your breakfast enjoyable. Practice on the weekends to learn the routine.
Once you've had your breakfast at home, you're free to enjoy your day, drive safely, and get right to work when you arrive on campus.
