1. Greek yogurt and fresh fruit with raw walnuts crushed up.
2. Instant oatmeal with fresh fruit and nuts.
3. Egg and turkey bacon (both of which you can cook in a microwave) on a toasted bagel thin.
4. Granola cereal with milk.
I drink black coffee now…which was a really hard transition since I was a life long cream & sugar guy. It took some trial and error to find a coffee I liked, but I bring my coffee with me, when I’m out I switch to water. Drinking water will be amazing for your day as well.
Other things that can be making you feel like crap…sodas. Switch to some La Croix or Topo Chico if you need to transition off of the bubblies. the La Croix limoncello flavor reminds me of cream soda.
