-8oz Unsweetened Almond Milk or Oat Milk
-1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt (Flavored or plain)
-1 Scoop of protein powder (Lots of options out there)
-1 tsp of peanut butter
-1 cup of frozen fruit. (HEB has awesome smoothie packs ready to go!)
-1/2 cup or so of ice cubes
Blend until smooth! Adjust recipe until you reach desired consistency and flavor.
