I usually have a cup of coffee, glass of sugar free Metamucil for the fiber and then I rotate between :ratio Keto yogurt, Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Simple Scrambles or Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Bites.
This works for me and keeps me full until lunch.
I also like the Fa!rlife Nutrition Plan Shakes. I usually have one for lunch.
It is working for me. I was put on this plan by my doctor to help with weight loss and back pain.
So far I have lost 30 pounds since September, my blood pressure is lower and my back pain is getting a lot better. I feel a lot better also.
