Planning time for lone directors?

I'm the lone director at my [charter] school, teaching two heterogeneous beginner classes, a non-beginner band class, two choir classes, and two sections of music appreciation. I don't know how to get all my prep done for all these classes. I get a single prep period during the day, which is all taken up by admin and repair, and I spend most of my evenings either planning lessons or having panic attacks.
If you're a lone director, how much planning time does your school give you for all the preps you have? How much time do you spend off the clock?
