It seems no one pays attention to it anymore, which is sad. My former feeder MS went from 1150 kids 7-8 to 450 kids in a ten year span (isn't gentrification great?), yet they still considered themselves a CCC because "that's what we've always been."
Never mind that their band program wasn't successful at all competing at that classification, and had the director gotten their principal to fill out the classification change, they would have been much more successful at UIL ...
