Clean thoroughly with rubbing alcohol (alcohol wipes work well, or a microfiber cloth). If that doesn't doesn't fix it, the only lubricant I use is graphite. Just scribble on it with a pencil. Cork grease or any other grease will just attract dirt and grime. Same with the sax neck-to-body tenon. Cork grease only goes on corks.
As someone else mentioned, check that it's perfectly round. Any kind of oval shape will cause problems. You CAN re-round with a drumstick, but you can also make it worse. If you're not confident in your abilities send it to a shop.
