YouTube videos won't help you. They are nothing more than a coping mechanism to ease the burden. I'm not judging...I've been there! There are days when you feel like you are getting nowhere and its just easier to throw a YT video up. Fight that urge.
You also have to get parents involved early in the school year. The kids with bad attitudes are taking them home and spreading them to their parents. Do you have a strong booster program? I would doubt it based on the information you provided. Get those parents involved! It sounds like the kids don't see the value in what they are doing and that lack of value is being reinforced at home.
Reach out to directors in your region and find a good mentor. If you don't know who to go to, start with your head director (if you aren't the head director), then reach out to your region coordinator. It is difficult to admit when you are struggling with something, but you've taken the first step in reaching out here. Best wishes.
