Now, for the older kids, We used recorder karate and the kids ate it up because you can get really competitive. If you have a classroom set of Orff mallet instruments, you can also have them do the recorder karate songs on those instruments.
Quaver also has recorder and instrument sections. I know it's really expensive but it's one of the curriculums that's worth every penny in my opinion.
There are quite a few other options. One of the best things you could do would be to poll similar sized elementary schools around the state about what the elementary teacher uses with their kids. I know most music educators are very free with sharing opinions about this stuff.
