Looking for ideas on planning, scheduling, communicating, staffing (tech help?), social events, materials, goals, etc.
Also travel for districts that have most students who usually ride a bus to school. How do you handle that and how do you handle getting kids involved in low involvement areas or for programs that haven't don't a summer camp.
Do you do a beginner camp? How does that work if kids don't have instruments? In my district, I don't do instrument rentals until I know kids will be in band. Our counselors don't schedule all kids who signed up (that's a different story...and next year will be worse because of remediation).
