And the reverse is true. If someone can't be bothered to come in for an interview or it is just too burdensome, then they don't want the job and probably won't do the job correctly. For decades, directors have interviewed in person for a job and have shown up professionally dressed. Now, everyone appears to have this sense of entitlement and later wonder why they can't find jobs. Nothing wrong with my statements. I have the job that you want. If you don't want to work to try to get it, then the thing to do is to apply elsewhere or stay where you are. And, I'm being sincere when I say this.
