At UIL, the NV group got 233/122, and the top group was a Sweepstakes. I took another position after that year, and to date that year I was there is still the only time the NV group went to UIL.
Since then, I have made my reputation as a program "fixer", where I come in to struggling programs and improve them...many times taking over a 4 or 5 program, and leaving them at 2, and an occasional 1....but got a lot of 3s in the process of fixing those programs. 6 years ago I finally got a break and took over a program that was already in great shape. In the last 6 years I have been making 1s and 2s.
