What does it matter to one program with long-term success what another school gets? Seriously...This isn’t a competition (was it ever?) anymore.

And “only got ones”? What else should they earn? Should they get candy bars and medals? TV appearances?

The directors earning a 1 for the first time in a long time are hopefully listening to the recordings and making a plan for getting the kiddos to buy in to higher standards and work ethic the next year.

“Y’all did a great job this year earning a 1...now let’s listen for ways we can be better and let’s work on harder music next year.”

Hopefully this is happening. Regardless...it doesn’t matter to you what other bands earn, good...bad...or otherwise.
