Some people don't need that regroup time. I don't. I could prep for the next rehearsal while doing set up type things. You may need that time but I don't.

There are those that would tell you if you aren't in the band hall until 9 PM daily you aren't even trying. For them, maybe that's true. Not for me. I would rather work hard while I'm there and go home earlier at the end of the day. For me it was about efficiency.

To each their own. Not everyone's way is the right way.
