Head Director asks me to work through lunch

My head director is asking me to work through lunch. I do not mean working on things on the computer or listening to passoffs while I eat. He is asking me to work on instruments or organize the stands, etc. which would require me to skip lunch. I feel like I am entitled to my lunch. What should I do?
