Bass Clarinet: Fobes Nova's are pretty solid.
Saxophone: Vandoren AL3/5 or TL3/5 for Alto and tenor are good mouthpieces for classical. If you're looking at Jazz look at the Meyer Hard rubber.
It used to be the C*s were the main go to mouthpieces. Selmer isn't nearly as consistent as they used to be, but you can still find some S80 C*s that are good. The Vandorens are far more consistent and better bang for your buck in my opinion.
