Your best bet is to create a "professional" Facebook, Twitter, Insta, and LinkedIn account linked to you personally and professionally, and then NOT use that for ANYTHING else.
Change your name slightly on your personal account so it doesn't come up in searches, and make sure it in NO way links directly to your professional accounts. Scrub ALL of your professional activity from it. Don't even login to your professional accounts from your personal phone. Use private/incognito browsers (or even a VPN if you're ultra-paranoid/careful) and logout after you update, every time.
That way, when a HR person searches you, they'll find a nice, happy, family-friendly page with good professional links. Usually they won't dig further.
