My horns are having trouble speeding up the march. They have upbeats the whole time and have said this song is easy until we actually play it up tempo. Its a King march and they play opposite the tuba the whole time and with the snare drum the whole time. We have been in cut time at about 90 for a couple of weeks. I'd like to get to 110 for contest. Thoughts to help them speed up there upbeats...
