Very over all of it. We have about 20% in person and the rest are online. The online kids hardly do anything.

We have completely simplified everything for the online kids and basically just pass them since admin got on to everyone for the very high failure rate.

Recruiting is a joke because the online kids wont log into the sessions. Did one session with 5 kids in it.

And constantly having to start and stop again and then get a random kid who joins in person and hasnt bothered to do anything and now I have to catch them up while teaching kids who have been in person the whole time.

I'm exhausted and angry.

And the school district just keeps plugging away at the positive PR. "Everything is awesome!" Meanwhile they keep piling on meetings, trainings, observations and blame teachers for not doing enough to engage the students.
