Do these really matter that much for band directors/assistant directors, or is this just a hoop designed for core teachers that we just have to jump through anyway?
Should you aim to be fully suited up as a real interview, or is typical teacher-wear (say khakis and a polo) appropriate for answering pre recorded questions?
For those of you who do the hiring, what has your experience been with these types of things in terms of how well they help identify candidates?
Does everyone get selected to do the virtual pre-recorded interview or is that an indicator of "moving past the intro" for the district?
